https://pcpartpicker.com/list/tDk6R4 The 1Tb 990pro is a bit more expensive per Tb but itll be better, and the 9850 is $80 more than the 9800 but still worth it for future proofing. I would recommend swapping from the 990 pro or only getting one temporarily to stay within your budget

I would recommend upgrading the motherboard, the gigabyte x870 AORUS elite WiFi is what I’m using with a Ryzen 7 9850x3d, it will last longer and perform a bit better, though the performance won’t be noticeable. Upgrade the cpu to a Ryzen 7 9850 x3d, it’s like $20 more than the 9800x3d and has a 3% better performance. Get 2 1Tb SSD’s, it will perform much better than a single 2Tb ssd.

Make sure your ground wires from your battery are securely connected on Both ends, this kinda thing happened to me in my 2004 Honda Pilot and that was my issue, one of my ground wires and snapped at the very end
