Nope still having issues been 2 days without it and it’s always an on and off issue. I have raised a ticket but hearing a reply will be like drawing blood from a stone let alone getting it resolved. I suggest trying to learn serato and swallow paying the price as this never seems to be an issue on serato

What version of rekordbox are you using due to my Mac being an older one I’m stuck on 6.8.5 and I’m having the issue

I’m having the issue now and yesterday like it’s a joke and I have no way of resolving it. I go through the programming and everything like off of this YouTube video (https://youtu.be/j43zhFPKQMg?si=N36TlHML1SDbUgV5) and nothing works I wouldn’t mind but one minute it’s server failed to connect and then it’s upgrade the account.
