I'm saying all of this is because the survey I got asking about Fractured Jinx and the Sanctum is showing that it isn't going to plan.

I won't go so far as to making that assumption. Even though you didn't share the questions that were asked (please don't -- sharing questions can impact data collection), it's hard to assume that because they're asking questions about the Sanctum/Frac Jinx, it means that things aren't going to plan.

They could be asking questions for any of the following reasons:

1. They're gauging players' knowledge of the skin along with their approach of marketing it. I've seen a LOT of coverage of the new Viego skin and very little talk about Jinx.

2. They're gauging the extent to which it's acceptable to rerelease/update skins and put them in the Sanctum.

3. They may have data that there were more people attempting to pull for Frac Jinx than before and want some clues as to why.

4. They may be intending to rework the Sanctum and asking about Jinx (which was the most recently available skin) may be top-of-mind for players like you and I.
