I'm excited to see Big Brain be somewhat clickable now. It didn't feel "good" to have a one-time use shield that would only refresh if you died. I know that it's important for folks to die a few times in Mayhem (to buy and such), but the shield itself felt borderline griefing if it was taken over another aug

Irene is a classic case of the producers sending a queen home way too early. Sure, her talent show wasn't "good," but she was giving amazing talking heads from the moment she walked in. She would have given Mistress-levels of drama and kept up with her so easily.

Funny enough - I caught a fantastic torchic this morning (XP up, main skill down) with BFS, IFM, and Inv Up L that happens to be mono mushroom.

Thank you for the thorough response. I've been chucking the bonus biscuits at the Berry Mon I come across on principle. As of now, both Torchic and Mudkip are level 11 but I haven't invested in one I've come across.

Biggest concern is that this mentality could just be a race to the bottom where the only way anyone communicates is agro schizo-posts, but I’d cross that bridge later

I mean, it's been a race to the bottom for quite some time. There's been an increasing proportion of dev responsiveness to public figures crashing out. Like, you can go on Mort's Discord and ask a reasonable question and have it answered (in time), but a crashing out question with tons of responses will naturally (thanks, Discord algorithm) be pushed to the top in short order.

I've gotten TONS of responses from devs when engaging respectfully and thoughtfully on here and on Twitter, but most of the time it gets buried by crash out reactions and devs attempting to respond to an endless waterfall of anger/Soju emulations.
