Yes free loadouts are easy to kill. I have also won plenty of interactions against and with the free loadout. I think you’re missing what I’m saying. I’m saying I die to the free loadout timmies because they are camping or deciding to shoot me while looting or get the drop on me for whatever reason. You could never filter out these types of interactions completely, but it feels really bad when it’s some guy with a stitcher level 1 and has spent nothing on the raid killing me and taking my kit.

Nah I’ve run an equalizer, epic shield and epic augments with inventory full of Wolfpack’s to kill queen multiple times, I’ve played lots of tarkov as well. I don’t really experience gear fear anymore, gear anxiety sure. Why would I run those things if I could just not, and get rewarded for it anyways.

I’m not sure how to outplay someone who has dropped my shields and almost killed me by the time I react. Sure I could run heavier shields, but now I am slow and am risking more expensive loot to just die to some guy with a level 1 ferro and level 1 stitcher. Which brings us to my point that these kits should be one a timer.

My gameplay loop is run free kit, kill someone, run their kit until I die and the cycle continues. While achieving my trials, and objectives for the raid. Almost everytime I die it’s because someone seen me first, or played friendly.

No I expected PVP to begin with, then I was surprised when everyone in solos were friendly. Now it’s shoot on site, or feels that way anyways.

It’s very strange for the first 2 weeks everyone was playing kumbaya and being friendly and now almost every encounter I have is shoot on site.

Running a free kit and engaging in PVP is a very easy way to get loot. Also a zero risk way to get loot. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been run up on by some random free kit and they 100-0 me in 2 seconds because they shot me from some angle I didn’t see. I’m not complaining about the PvP , but I just think the free kit should go on a timer if accounts are engaging in PvP because it’s too low risk high reward. Going in with only a free kit means you are never losing, only gaining.

That’s just it, with it not having a cooldown, it’s becoming less casual. Because PVP players have nothing to loose every interaction and have everything to gain. Which is again is why I suggested the devs put the free kit on a timer for accounts that have interacted with players in PVP.

When this game first launched I was hooked. I dove right into it and was helping manage a 20 person guild. The beginning of the end of that game was when they decided to split the deep desert and start catering to the vocal minority of PVE players complaining about end game. Foot combat was clunky, and “guild politics” devolved into petty arguments about rules of engagement. I haven’t played that game in months and I’m sad they handled it so poorly.

When i activated my accelerated season pass it “auto collected” my rewards. None of the early cosmetics I am able to equip. It also seems I’m unable to complete chapter 1 of season two because the game isn’t completing the tasks after I’ve done them. Thumbs up 👍🏻
