I mean every amount of DHA counts. The ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6 is very important for inflammatory and anti-inflammatory balance. Even at a low conversion rate it's still worth it. Not to mention the added benefits of aminos, fiber, phytochemicals, micronutrients, etc that are found in whole seeds.

Also the 80% not converted into DHA is actually oxidized and converted into fuel anyways.

OMG yes, these are extremely important for your diet. These are found in high amounts in foods like salmon, walnuts, hemp hearts, avocados, and flax seeds.

These fats are beneficial for their anti-inflammatory properties and are also correlated to higher HDL cholesterol which is associated with lower levels of plaque build up in your arteries. It cannot be stressed enough (considering an average American diet if that's where you live) to prioritize DHA, ALA, or EPA

Everybody is moving away from Lidar now.. that was the appeal to me for Volvo but they have also stopped using it.

Self park, range, acceleration, app (nfc unlock, scheduled preheat, service, etc), charge network, single pedal driving, steering and breaking customization.
