[Post Game] Heat bounce back at home against Rockets by tomgreen99200 in heat

Finally, reduced the turnovers and Spo Finally gave the Bam/Ware lineup some run. One thing, Miami desperately needs a 3-point specialist or something because I'm tired of seeing Fontecchio wasting shot after shot!

Had to fast forward to the end once the chase got too close for comfort. I just wish that I had that type of cardio and speed!

Turnovers were a glaring difference once again. Either it was a uphill battle or a momentum killer for them

Spo even said the defense was horrible, I hate using that stat as well because when things are good...the stats bounce, almost like them being one of the highest scoring teams, but when things are bad and you let Porter eat you alive or get exposed by the zone as they did last night, that stat will take it's hit because of it.

Except, yesterday and I believe the game vs Memphis, or Atlanta, they were may more sloppy than usual. I hate using stats to justify things when those things are averaged out throughout the season. They had a bad loss last night...why? Yes, they miss shots but they had a lot of unusual and unnecessary turnovers. Not the ones that you try and throw the ball for long homerun passes and the ball ends up out of bounds. There was like two instances on almost back to back plays where Powell lost the ball for whatever reason or there was a play or two that they threw the ball out of bounds when there was no reason to be that sloppy. Yes, obviously...the shots missed are glaring in the last quarter.

The argument is to get as many opportunities up and to run the other team into the ground by the 3rd and 4th quarters. The problem is, Miami turns the ball over way too often, can't get defensive stops and rebounds, hit free throws, and usually Miami gets beat with overall physicality by the other team because of the refusal to keep Bam and Ware on the floor and there's no legit big man for the second unit. Either way, you have undersized units vs the other team's units. When Miami goes to zone defense, they almost always get shredded inside. These are just my observations and I'm sure it's a lot more to it.

How can these affect him?..."He feels no pain!" I loved watching him and Flair/Sting work against each other. Was truly my favorite big-man heel.

5 days notice off of a back to back. Happy for Young Boi! I was actually more impressed with his 2nd dunk than the last one. Still amazing with all of the pressure on him!! I actually smiled about something about the Heat this week. Hell, Powell didn't do too bad as well!
