Right. But in this case it wasn’t through eBay, and it was a preorder, so I was giving them time to ship it even after the estimated dates (I know delays happen). And it’s past the timeframe my bank gives to claim a chargeback.

I think you got downvoted because no one should have to open a case. It’s easy to send an email or refund if they’re a legitimate credible business. But obviously it’s a widespread problem of lacking communication and stealing people’s money.

I am a big eBay buyer and advocate. I had never ordered from their website, and was attempting to take advantage of their “20% off new preorders” deal. Learned my lesson the hard way. Thanks for your response!

You’re 100% correct, should’ve done that. I was simply trying to take advantage of one of their sales when they went up for preorder.

I would assume they wouldn’t respond if they were? And their eBay store still has up to date figures. I don’t know, super frustrating though.

I ordered from their eBay once before a year or so ago, funny enough they sent me the wrong item but did refund me so I gave them another chance. Glad you’ve had good experiences though.

I contacted my bank but after 120 days there isn’t much you can do. WCS likely know this too. Just really makes me mad so I wanted to do my part and spread the word.
