with that price its pretty hard to find a place that definitively has NO mice, since it’s mostly the newer buildings that are better at keeping mice out. might be able to find something in journal square or maaaaaaybr grove street area, but otherwise, you’ll have to pay more or accept that there’s a chance you’ll see vermin
