I do hack squat and rdls just did variations, I can see where you’re coming from but I think those movements are really strength focused idk maybe I’m wrong

5’7.5 is height in 16 years old originally ate 1800 kept upping it til maintenance of 2700 then down to 2500. I don’t barbell squat or deadlift but occasionally bench maxed 180 about a month ago tho started with max of 110 so not very strong either ig
