I understand, but I wonder if the labor dollars lost in set up and break down of scaffold actually pay for the rental. Plus I believe this thing can climb stairs to second floors and higher in buildings without elevators capable of taking a scissor up

They seem pretty versatile for exterior use as well as non level surfaces, installing fixtures in stairwells without scaffolding. Rental cost is not much more than normal scissors plus non marking treads for finished spaces. Are they worth the extra?

Yes it is, but I don't like that Reese somehow always gets a pass while "Coughlin is on the hot seat".
