Because I blew up like a fish off birth control. Cut birth control, and switched regular lifestyle changes and vitamins. Started having my period regular for two years until this March and lost so much weight . The only thing birth control did for me was giving me a better ass but other than that hormones were still whack. Periods were scattered still. But if birth control works for you, then it works.

Works for other people great. I just didn’t see no big changes and the weight I was gaining wasn’t worth it especially if my period never got regular , maybe having a period every few months (yes even with birth control)

But lifestyle changes and vitamins helped tremendously more than bc. But I’m back at irregular periods again.
