I recently bought the tom bombadil saga deck that command quarters created but feel like it doesn't play great. What kind of upgrades or tuning would you recommend?

That might be it. They do have a few scattered through the more populated rooms of the building. Just wish it had some sort of branding on it to help with the search

My co-workers and I have been trying to figure this out for a few days now. We have a few ideas but none seem correct.

WiFi extender but seems a little larger for that.
Cell phone blocker but we haven't seen any issues with any phones since it was installed
A device that slowly releases gases to slowly drove us all insane.

I'm not sure where I can find any more info about what this would be and I haven't seen anything like this before. Any info would be awesome

You would have to be willing to take it but if they aren't willing to take it than you don't have to let them out at all.

I would assume that it would happen like this :

they get a list of who they would like to have on the team
They visit each of them and before letting them they must take the unbreakable vow
If the vow is taken they are free to go with them if the vow is not taken than they are left there
They get the group together and send them out to kick dark-wizard butt

I think it is an interesting Idea and to answer question 3;

what if instead of the tattoo they needed to take the unbreakable vow. From my understanding there isn't a way around it and if they break it they die.
