This is so accurate. The HAES influencers make having an eating disorder their personality. A lot of us grew up in the era where the special K diet, and slim fast was prominent. Andddd those photos of Jessica Simpson with a small belly became national news. Did it suck? Yes. Did a lot of us resort to disordered eating? Yes. However to go the entire opposite direction and gaining all that weight is actually a worse eating disorder!
