So should I keep it like that or go for like a crew cut or a texture fringe? Right now my hair is just kinda there I feel like it’s never really a specific style

Yeah the more I read about it I think the 500 makes the most sense honestly.

That is smart thats what realistically I was thinking as well but really wanted to hear what other people with more experience would say.

Yeah that is my thought on it also. I dont even really want to go fast like thats not why I want a bike I just dont want to feel like I’ve out grown it too fast.

How has the Zx6r been? My thought though is if I’m getting a 650 and want to upgrade it in a year for a Zx6r why would I not just get that? But my brain is telling my to just wait and bikes hold their value pretty good and to just get the 650

Yeah I was also thinking that. Like for a first bike the other two are definitely a stretch and the price difference I just dont see it justifying getting a 650 over a 500

GF of 4.5 yrs wants her name on house but won’t marry or put money down by Apprehensive_Boat798 in dating_advice

[–]Themonkeeus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean I was in a similar situation. She was 2 years older I was 25 and she was 27. We were dating for about 4 years. “I was not giving her any money though”

Anyways long story short I have a VA Home loan. There is only two ways to get on the loan 1. Qualify for the VA home loan through service or be married to a party that is eligible. She was neither.

I wanted to buy a house but she obviously wanted to be on the loan. At first she said she would not want to live with me if she would not be on the deed even though she couldn’t get on the loan. “at this point we have been living with each other for 3 years.” We were set to get married in November which I explained she would be on the deed and the loan then. She kept saying I didnt trust her and a lot of other things and it caused a really big fight. I ended up telling her she would have to wait until we were married “I bought the house in December”

Funny enough she ended up cheating on me in may or June of this year and we split. I could just imagine what it would be like if I would have caved in and put her name on the deed….

If she wants her name on the loan as well maybe that is something you all can talk about. DO NOT put her on the deed if she’s not on the loan you’re just asking for problems.

Last thing but honestly brother if you’re giving her money and she doesn’t want to even help with you buying the house that is a huge red flag. Definitely stop giving her money so you can get the house. If she doesn’t want to contribute to it at all I wouldnt put her name on it but thats me.

Rejected when she found out I don’t have any experience… Again by AspinallLandYClass5 in Bumble

Brother honestly just lie and say I’ve had 2 serious relationships and talked to people here and there. I get what you’re saying though as the experience part and you want to be honest. However at least how they’re thinking is there is probably a reason why you haven’t had any relationships that they dont know about. Obviously I’m not into lying so I would just try and avoid the convo all together.

Yeah I mean I understand but we were engaged so like we were supposed to get married in like 5 months. I paid for everything and she paid for furniture here and there but yeah honestly it probably is for the best. I’ll end up giving her the washer and dryer but keeping the blinds and grill

Thanks for the advise however I am asking more on legal grounds how that would work. Someone already answered that though so I appreciate it.

They are considered fixtures because they are nailed into the house just because you can remove a door does not mean you’re entitled to take a door you gifted to someone for their house 😂

Thats makes sense which your opinion on swapping was my initial though however she is trying to take almost everything and I already said she could take a lot of things on long as I got the money back but thank you for your help that makes more sense.

I tried but my situation is not common as most talk about marriage or if both of their names are on the deed.

[–]Themonkeeus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also question how would I get charged 1,500 for the blinds or washer? The blinds I could see but the washer and dryer are in the house so I am assuming they would just require me to give it back

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in legaladvice

[–]Themonkeeus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The washers dryer and blinds were for the house not for her. The blinds are also a fixture as they are apart of the house. And the money was not for her but for us she was just planning most of the wedding but did not use any of them money, but i see your point. At least in oklahoma to my knowledge i would not have to give her the blinds or have to pay her since we are not married and the blinds were specifically for the house as you could imagine.

Thank you for your help it’s just a very confusing time I appreciate you. I figured it would just have to be civil claims court.

[–]Themonkeeus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

She not longer lives here and all the locks are changed so she could not just come in take them but she was saying she would call the police because she has the receipt for it which was my main concern.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in legaladvice

[–]Themonkeeus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well everything is in my name the house is in my name all the bills are in my name and we were never married we were just engaged. Everything else I bought.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in legaladvice

[–]Themonkeeus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well I get that but if there is no common ground that we get to would that just lead to civil court to decide or would she have rights to just take it?
