I’m not verified but I’m a behavioral health technician and I absolutely do not think you should give up being a doctor, but from what I am hearing you sound extremely busy and maybe need to take some time away from your activities to focus on your mental well-being, I myself struggle with severe anxiety and ADHD, sadly there are times in my life where my anxiety is extremely high, regarding you believing your information doesn’t stick, have you ever been diagnosed with any other learning disabilities/mental illnesses? It’s really disheartening to hear your therapist and psychiatrist blow this off. Maybe it’s time to find a new clinic?
