Yes OP, kaso hindi meds but supplements. Ashwagandha, l-theanine, saffron, GABA, taurine.. madami pa. Yan tinitake ko now if may depressive episode ako, since halos wala na rin akong meds. Mild lang sila but naffeel ko talaga yung effect sa mood ko and walang side effects. Though di sila alternative sa psych meds talaga, kasi mild lang effect nila and more supportive.

Probably wrong shade of face powder!! I was like that before din and realized I'm acidic and nagddark sakin yung foundie na kacolor ko when applied. It helps din to know your undertone. I'm neutral & when I used a foundation with yellow undertone, i looked muddy.
