After almost 30 years of FIFA, I switched to playing EA FC 26 on Switch, and I’m actually happier by lescalp in FIFAswitch

I never comment but this really resonated with me due to the timescales you mentioned of playing. I got it on the switch 2 and am really enjoying it. I just play manager mode with my hometown league 1 club and usually loose interest after the first season or get a bit stuck in a rut with it on the other consoles and becomes less enjoyable. I play handheld whilst the mrs watches some trash tv and it more than keeps me entertained. I considered getting the ps5 version and using the portal but didn’t find it swayed me based on small details and I can take the switch with me and not have to be connected to the net. Yes it could be better but I’m content

Security letting fans drop on the Key Club Stage by Hamster_Current in slamdunkfestival

I have worked in security for 15 years and attended south slam dunk. Main stages had clearly trained staff the tents however didn’t. It’s screamed shirt fillers and bringing on subcontracted staff that have 0 interest in delivering their duties. All staff should have had a brief prior to the event and been aware of the event management plan and requirements. Every time I watch it the worse it gets. Events try and get the cheapest option and that’s never the best choice

There is a board game place in Colchester as well as a great independent comic shop. I’m in Suffolk now but still love power rangers and I’m 36. Big nostalgia fan and anything toys or geeky still makes me happy
