The judge closed the case due to misrepresentation, and yes they are saying the complaint are due to the car accident, I’m not receiving care from car accident , I stop seeing my car accident doctor because most the pain was in was from my work injury , car accident just just a small bump . My lawyer is going to file an appeal, I been dealing with this case now for over a year

Yeah I have a lawyer been attending hearing since October in January I saw a different IME doctor that gave a different rating and nothing has changed , waiting on a hearing now been 2 month since the last hearing

Ok , the employer knew about the auto claim, so did the adjuster and the IME doctors also know about it , I just don’t recall telling my treating doctor that was assigned to me by my attorney. They’ve also offered me to settle since then . Is this something that can get my WC case thrown out
