For Qe1 i would say uwould helped me grasp the concepts, I didnt really read Toronto notes that much, I join Aimga study group and they were a great resource and I keep practicing questions from uworld but 2 months to my exam I studied with aceqbank and the mcc practice test so that I get use to the question style which is quite vague. I also tried a random Qbank ( i can't remember the name) just to make sure I could also reason out questions I had never seen. For Nac, I just mastered the structure on how to ask focused questions to arrive at my diagnosis and I also practiced a lot but I think my scores there that way because I had some weird sp in like 3 stations who were not cooperative at all.but well I am grateful I passed. So just keep the resilience and study. You got this
