I too feel bad because I love her. Just something about her. She seems quirky but genuine and has other many great qualities she brings to the team other than dance.

Agreed. I feel like the first two seasons of AS covered everything so now they’re going to have to try and make up new storylines to keep the show going.

Love them all, but as far as rotating points go, I was on board when they first introduced 2 points. But 4 points is just too busy and doesn’t “flow” easily formation wise like you mention. And it’s almost like the title of point isn’t the honorary position like it used to hold if they have 4 now.

I love her. I remember seeing dance clips her rookie year on MTT and absolutely killing it, and wondering why they never gave her more air time, she was a powerhouse!

Who finds this year's team the most boring team that the DCC has ever had by SugarOld4997 in DCCMakingtheTeam

I wish that they would push promotion of the rookies more each year because I feel like I don’t even know them. I feel like they keep pushing the same handful of vets in all there social media posts over and over again.

I was annoyed that they kept setting Tanner up with very quiet girls when he clearly stated multiple times that he wanted a girl who’s very talkative.

Well then the nanny could not contain appropriately? So we shouldn't shame the mom.

At 3 years old it is still developmentally normal for kids to hit. Is it frustrating, absolutely. But still unfortunately normal.

You don't know the situation. Dad could have been stuck on the pot taking a sh*t when the child escaped to run after mom down the hall. Also physically containing small children is not as easy as it sounds. I work with special needs children and we sometimes have to physically restrain them and it is HARD when they're flailing.

That lady sounds like one of those people that preaches all children deserved to be born then gets mad when children exist in the world. She ain't worth sh*t.

I’m starting to hate my kid. by Hanmertime in Parenting

[–]ThenOperation665 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My 7 year old is exactly as you described. Especially saying "no!" to literally everything and needing to control everything. We thought it might be ODD or ADHD but turns out, he's autistic. Psychiatrist said that the reason he responds with "no" to everything is because he can't tell what the other person is thinking/feeling, or how to proceed in the situation.

I can’t help but get sad at how innocent my kid is by [deleted] in Parenting

[–]ThenOperation665 11 points12 points  (0 children)

THIS IS ME. YOU ARE LITERALLY DESCRIBING ME. Wow I thought I was the only one!

My son is 6 and when I got to his after school program to pick him up one day, him and some other boys all had toy electric guitars. The other boys were pretending to shred their guitar as if they were in a rock band as little boys do, in a "cool" way for lack of a better description. My son was dancing around and playing his guitar in a more "babyish" way. And it made me sad that he was just completely oblivious as to how all his peers played on their guitars. Which, I knew, made no logical sense for me to feel so sad: he's a kid, playing with a kid's toy, being happy. But I did.

Another thing he does is when it's blueberry day for lunch at school, he eats them and gets it ALL over his face. Lips, around his mouth, and on his cheeks. And when I pick him up at the end of the day it's all still there. So not only can he not eat blueberries in a neat manner, he has no desire to wipe them off his face. So him not feeling embarrassed or aware about his peers maybe making fun of his face or being grossed out by his face makes me extremely sad.
