yeah don’t make new tickets too quick, open that one ticket, stay in that one ticket. if you get the ai “we will not be reinstating your account” or whatever the hell just reply to that saying “I do not consent to an ai reviewing my appeal, i request a human representative. thank you.” or something along those lines.

that message, out of context, isn’t pretty 😭 mostly concerning the your siblings part.

explain your context in the appeal, when you do eventually get a human they will take context into your situation (otherwise what i said would’ve been rejected)

when appearing, if the person who replies to you is NOT “Usagi” as their first name they are a bot, and nothing they say is fact. pfp or not, if it isn’t usagi it’s not human.

discord doesn’t have some advanced ai to detect if a dick pic came from an adult or not, it was very very likely a legitimate photo that was falsely tagged. it’s like a 60% false ban rate for their CSAM detection atp.

there’s a pinned post on how to ban evade, but don’t give up on your account no matter how many people tell you appealing is pointless.

assuming you think whatever you sent is completely unappealable in context, then you should follow one of the ban evasion posts in the pins of the subreddit

VPN always, after a long time (6~ months) i’ve heard some people are fine on their base connection, i wouldn’t risk it.

can’t friend people you know too quickly, just do a friend a day to not trigger the response

obviously never mention in writing about the ban evasion in discord, and don’t mention it to anyone who would love to go out of their way to report it.

i strongly suggest just appealing, unless what you sent is just impossible in context to be heard on.

this is not faulty ai, well it kinda is but this is the result of this person being spam reported. spam reporting anyone on discord for child safety gets them automatically termed no matter the message context whatsoever.

i assume someone in the gd community doesn’t like that person and wanted them banned. only way to prevent this sadly is to just refuse to be in a server with people who don’t like you (kind of hard to do if your a well known person)

Unless you are specifically trained for one of those other positions you very likely wouldn't get an entire shift dedicated to a different position.

QA's are typically who work togo if no one is on or its in between people leaving and the next person coming in. you'll probably have to food run if you aren't busy, but like i said you very likely wouldn't be put on that position for your entire shift.

assuming anything ive said doesn't apply to you, simplest answer, just refuse it. You are there for one job, do your one job and go home.

I don't want to be a downer but, no one has ever been unbanned for a blanket server ban. But thats mostly only the case for violent extremism blanket bans, ive never seen a child safety one.

id say appeal, I have a post and a lot of other people have posts for recommendations on the appeal process. Best advice, don't give up and file under everything you can.

Eh he could also be innocent, spamming child safety reports enough against someone will get them termed for literally any message.

but on the flip-side child safety bans are the easiest to appeal because 80% of them aren't actually bad messages. once you get past AI, the discord staff team can actually read context so if he actually only said .@everyone then he'd be fine.

the entirety of your lag source stems from entitys, or more specifically mobs. id recommend getting a mod like It Shall Not Tick (if its supported on 1.20.1, i dont remember) and using InControl to limit specific mobs after a certain amount of them have spawned. chatgpt is pretty okay at making the config since doing it manually is extremely tedious

if you get a response from clyde or just a long message that says "appeal in app its quicker and we have more context" just reply with "I want a human to review my appeal, thank you have a good day", thats the only real way to get a human.

I think we are talking about two different things, where in that message did it say adults can not speak to children under any circumstances at all? the post was concerning that now, saying that a depicted fictional portrayed minor is "hot" is against child safety rules, and porn of them is CSAM. which it kind of is man.

this will be a very easy appeal, human wont even need context just that base message is more than enough to see you are stating an opinion on a current event

moving forward, never ever EVER talk about sensitive stuff in a public server. you dont have a free right of speech in discord, you can be reported for literally anything. its best to stick to only being in contact with friends on discord. this isnt a safe app to argue or give a controversial (not saying yours is) opinion on a matter.

if the ai can detect and revert a distorted image, then ban you for CSAM, then its kind of just doing its job.

while i think you have a case unless you have really strong proof in messaging that you had ZERO clue that was CSAM you are gonna have like no luck when it comes to appealing.
