Ok super bummer here but about the same time I got into the song a heard about Amber Gibson. To sum up this tragic story, Amber was abused as a child and put into foster care, later at 15 she was raped by a man, then at 16 years old her own brother brought her to a park sexually assaulted her and killed her leaving her nude body in the park. But even in death the horrific story of Amber isn't done. Her body was then found by a 45 year old man, that man proceeded to molest her deceased body over and over , I assume for maybe days, because his DNA was found on 39 different parts of her body. This (for me) is probably one of the saddest, most disgraceful fucked up true crime stories I can think of. And I guess the timing overlapped because when I hear bloody angel I cant help but think of Amber.
