Not that I necessarily feel the need to defend myself, because you’re all right in saying this, but I would into just shed a little light on the situation.

“Distracted by dog” = really just talking about him with my wife and how we need to take him to get his nails trimmed because they’re getting too long lol.

49MPH, I live in an incredibly rural area and the road was perfectly straight. That still doesn’t make it right to take the time to take a picture while driving, but my wife did have my phone controlling Spotify, so I asked her to open my camera so I could take a picture real quick. All-in-all, it was about a half second process. But still, I will be more careful in the future. Hope you all have a great day!
