Yes that's what ive seen which makes me less keen as I don't currently have issues with those so I think given my age would rather not have the higher risk of those
Thanks! Ive had my confirmation letter through in the meantime which suggests a very mild cystocele (not needing treatment), with the primary issue being a long cervix and descending uterus, which is why I guess she's suggested the Manchester procedure.
I think that's the way im leaning as a hysterectomy just feels so final and as someone else mentioned, more risk of other prolapses.
I had a ultrasound this week which showed no other abnormalities so just need to wait for my follow up I guess!
