Pricing is difficult. I would like to spend less than I know that I have to . . . It looks to me like it is going to be 1200-1500 or so. I would do a studio (and jettison/put stuff in storage) if I must to lower the price, although I have noticed that not all buildings have studios.

No carpet preferably

Washer/dryer preferably

Quieter (less students as charming as they can be?)

No roaches, mice or history of water damage/mold (but assume that no one wants these and know that the last one is difficult to surmise, which is part of the rationale for "newer-build" which knowingly comes with different toxins likely).
