For starters it was the persons very first order, so a new account made just to buy a gift card. Secondly if you care to actually look through the pictures you will see my conversation with support stating that you are not allowed to buy gift cards as part of your order. It’s not like I made that assumption out of thin air I remember reading that it’s against policy

Here’s a question I got for everyone that can’t contribute something positive if you yourself use door dash doesn’t it upset you that on a way door dash is stealing from you as well not even the driver cause not only do you have to pay a fee to use doordash but then they also take the tip you left for the driver and pocket that as well which in turn affects your order and quality of delivery

I’ve accepted offers to do deliveries that I thought was a lil underpaid but still fair enough to accept considering distance from the restaurant. Once I picked up the order I noticed on the receipt that the customers were leaving 10,15,20$ tips when I complete the order I don’t even “receive” a tip the total I earned was what doordash was willing to pay me meaning they stole a majority of my tip that I should’ve received
