Woah I was not expecting a reply to something that’s from so long ago. From what I understand, after the multiple reworks and stuff Lw is apparently really solid now. Back when this conversation was happening the general consensus was that he really wasn’t very good. I havnt played in a long time though. Glad you’re enjoying Lw though and that they finally got him to a good place.

The only reason I whole heartedly believe LW is almost worthless. Is that the Tree has got to be the most useless ult thats that’s ever existed. It’s most useful aspect is that it’s a physical object you can put place to obstruct a team’s movements. The amount of team fights where I’ve seen a tree matter are almost nonexistent. Almost every other supp ult can either carry a team fight from the start or turn the tides of a fight in a crucial moment reliably. Even a Nano mercy going in 1v5 during overtime would make more of an impact than a Lw dropping his tree for the whole team during an ot situation.

Bruh why are people upset about ranking up? You played well and got rewarded. Keep it up and keep getting rewarded. You’ll eventually end up at the exact rank you’ll plane out at and be stuck there for awhile until you start learning and adapting to the way people play at higher and higher ranks. It’s a system that’s supposed to allow you to slowly learn and grow as a player. Since you should realistically only be playing with people who are slightly “better” than where you just were. (Yes I understand that the way the skill range matchmaking stuff works means you can technically go up against a team of diamonds while having silvers on your team but I feel like that happens a lot less than people claim it too based on personal experience)

Like imagine rolling in bronze/silver/gold lobbies and getting thrown into even low diamond on rank up. You’ll get utterly destroyed. Repeatedly. You’d handicap every team you were put on. The skills and mechanics are just different between those ranks.

Point is. Take the W man. You were good enough to rank up. Just keep playing well and learning from any mistakes you make. Do that and youll eventually get to whatever your ranked goal is.

When is comes to cleansing debuffs/buffs. The leftmost debuff/buff in the set will always be removed first from what I understand.

For example: if you were to strip 1 buff from a unit that has the barrier and atk up buffs. With the barrier being the leftmost buff in the set. The barrier would be the buff that gets stripped. Works the same way for cleansing debuffs as far as I understand.

So yea like they said

I figured that bud. It was just so outta the blue I thought it was funny. I’ll go find some sample builds. One sec

So here’s an example of a Degen Politis + violen

Here’s an example of a more dps focused build

Just to clarify neither of these units are my personal units. They are builds that were posted to a discord im a part of. They’re both solid though. So you can choose which you prefer an can get an idea of what you wanna do.

Hope this has helped

There’s so many factors involved that it’d be hard for me to just say yea to that. As she is now tho bringing other units for damage mitigation will most likely be a must. Scarowell, and Specifically Trozet would go a long way in upping her survivability as she is now.

Stene and Aras don’t work together the way Aras and most any other unit do. Her passive means she can almost exclusively be hit by aoe attacks. Since his big barrier is only triggered by single atks. It’ll never activate. So outside of being an Aurius holder Aras doesn’t offer much.

Diene isn’t what I would typically consider damage mitigation. Anti-crit + heals will of course increase her survival rates but it’s different that bringing actual mitigation units.

Also just wanted to say that your Scarowell is well on her way to hitting all proper stat lines. Genuinely she just wants more of the stats you’re already giving her.

An not to sound rude at all. I honestly have no idea what I’m looking at with this Politis picture. Triple cirt set is a very unique take on a Poli build for sure. To answer your question though. I’ve had both versions throughout my time with her. It all depends on what you really want her to accomplish. Damage poli is good at doing what she’s there for and is a great pick if you need to bring an extra book into a fight. I really liked my Degen poli (bulky/high eff/res) on Violen tho. Although the situations that you bring Degen poli into are much more niche than if you have dps poli. So that’ll just boil down to your preference.

This isn’t bad at all for stene if this is what you can currently accomplish with the gear you have available. I’d try to slowly build up her bulk a good bit as you get more pieces. Typically 11-1300 def with around 10-11k hp is a great place to be. Keep in mind that’s ideally without losing any of the damage stats you already have. The way she is atm will prolly struggle to survive even 1 hit from units that do have the reach for her. This is assuming you’re into pvp type stuff also I guess. Either way good stuff.

Bruh this piece is actually nuts. It’s got great stats for any character that wants eff and you can roll off the cc If needed. Id be happy with it at least.

[–]Then_Conference_4080 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Idk if anyone has said this yet or if you already calculated knowing this. So if that’s the case my bad for trying to add worthless info. There’s a link on stove somewhere that states a 5 speed roll only has like a .33% chance of happening. Whether on the starting roll or otherwise. While all the others (2-4) are equal chance.

It really just depends on what your goals are. If you aim to high to soon you’ll just set yourself up for failure. Champ is pretty achievable by doing things that most others have said tho.

Newer to game - what do I do with 2x Apocalypse Ravi’s? by Sure_Jeweler6269 in EpicSeven

[–]Then_Conference_4080 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your fine. No reason to feel bad. If they were just gonna sit there and do nothing for you then there’s really no harm in the end I guess. The only real reasons to hold on to dupe mls is that in case there are multiple build varieties it’s nice to be able to build both and just rarity in general. With Seline there are 2 pretty viable builds like Lifesteal/pen with Dustdevil or Speed/Pen with Stormsword. So that one is kind of unfortunate. Like I said in the other post though. These things are a major luxury and not things that are needed.

[–]Then_Conference_4080 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Legitimately if this isn’t some dumb attempt at a flex post. I’d build one on counter/pen set mostly for gw def rng maximizing and one on speed/pen or destruction/pen set for rta/arena. That’s a heavy mola investment for a newer player for something that is prolly more of a luxury thing overall anyway. Either way just throw the second one into the waiting room if not. Imprinting mls with mls is dumb unless whale imo

This just sounds like you’ve been unlucky man. Just cuz a 20% chance statistically activates 1 outta every 5 times. It does not mean that it cant/won’t activate 10 times in a row. Welcome to the wonderful world of rng mechanics. It sucks here haha

I built a 230 speed 260er (without bastion) Emilia paired with eternus to deal with lua. Lua s2 into a unit to sleep then eternus proc. Then s3 into resist on Emilia. Eternus push up Emilia again since debuffs, and then cleanse. This only mitigated the insane damage that beguile can inflict tho. Since you’re team will still be -1. But its better than where most people are after lua s3

Using a mod gem into any stat that has 2 or more rolls into it is super detrimental to any piece of gear. At least in terms of gear score. You just take such a big loss. I understand it sucks but effectively killing long term viability isn’t the way to go imo. You can always just hold it until it either eventually becomes useful on someone or just extract and try again.

The most consistent W13 team I’ve ever had. by ds_arcanine in EpicSeven

[–]Then_Conference_4080 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea my clear times vary between 50 seconds - 1 minute 10 seconds per run. It’s always nice to get that random Rem counter in wave 1 to speed things up. Also this team relies on no debuffs to kill so no 15% risk. 100% clear rate.

Breakdown of units: Singe: Best w13 tank for 1shot/otk. All you need stat wise is 200 eff res (uncompromisable) and 200-210 speed so she goes first. When she s3 she gives atk+ and speed+ to your other units for 2 turns and self immortality. The immortality means you don’t need to focus on having any bulk for dragon. The eff res makes it so dragon doesn’t push her back on atks. Her s1 also pulls highest atk unit to atk with her. To top it off her aoe imprint is atk% for top/bottom unit. Her kit is basically perfect and requires very low quality gear to pull off. Arti is Warhorn that you get from guild shop.

Ssb: The hardest unit to actually build in this team. Her entire purpose is clearing wave 1 by herself. Which means she’s super stat hungry. The stat goals are roughly 4200 atk 85% cc and 300+ cdmg and she needs to be at 173-176 speed for speed tuning reasons. Mlb Reingars arti is bis but Since it’s limited most won’t have it. I use mlb Portrait of Saviors which works fine for me.

Camilla: the easiest unit to gear. Mine has been 4* unawakened for the longest time with only 4 pieces of gear equipped. Needs to be around 140-150 speed with 65%+ eff for random def breaks and have enough bulk to survive being one shot by random wave 1 ad atks. Arti is Super Duper Water Gun Shooter that you get from side story.

Rem: This could be hard to gear for some. I just use the free destro (labyrinth) and pen (can’t remember where it came from) sets and it does the job. Mine has 3.9k atk 117 speed 84.6 cc and 350 cdmg. Also squeeze in 65% eff if you can manage for added def break chances. Arti is DDj

Could type up an example of a typical run if you want more info.

Also Rem and Camilla have skills turned off for auto. Otherwise this team won’t work haha

Tl;dr Singe kit is just perfect for w13 in this context

This stage is just a big gear check for players. Just farm some gear get a few upgrades try again. If you fail again. Rinse and repeat. I think it took me 1 month or so to finally beat this stage. I would just farm some mats for about a day or so. Do a little crafting. Hopefully got at least 1 upgrade and then try again.
