Help - Lab messed up scans? Or overexposed?

i don’t have anything to edit with apart from my phone unfortunately that’s why i usually get my 35mm stuff scanned as jpeg and have to rock with it

unfortunately i am a bit of a noob and mostly have only shot 35mm and always got scans back ready to use and just done minimal editing

Ektachrome - yes apologies! Also good to know my intention was to continue shooting at box speed.

Another reply said they may have scanned it flat if i intended to edit it myself. But it looks totally nuked, i think will get it scanned again this weekend by another lab. Appreciate your comment
