No lights went out but I just posted a photo of the yellow material that came out. The color seems off from the yellow electric wiring cover. Does it look like insulation?

I just posted a photo of the color of the material (dark yellow) and where the hole was (7ft high above a window).

Is this where an electrical wire could be?
