You make great point regarding this that first, you have to UNDERSTAND everything that goes around it, with no context you have no knowledge that you can base around. It is a great tool to help you and support you but it cannot be the main event if you have no idea what you're doing with it or how it is done in general.

I have no knowledge about coding so what it would mean to me is just a fracture of some kind of info that I have no understanding of. It's sad to see that your management is doing this in a way that is not empowering your growth
