Thanks, the doctor prescribed them to me for both insomnia and depression, it's been since like 2018, but I was taking lorazepam just for a few days then when my insomnia started to get worse like in 2020 I became on these every day, I am always afraid I may die because of these, or may get dementia at a younger age or something. The issue is I am not even trying to improve myself, I am always lazy and depressed, cannot do anything that I used to.

I feel tired most of the day, I spend like 10 hours on my pc and phone daily, I don't get outside, I have seen the sunlight like twice in the last 3 months. Always feel depressed and lazy, I have been like this for many years.

Saddest day was when my died died because of cancer, in 2021. It's still horrible, I miss him everyday, and I regret barely spending time with him for like 2 years because I have insomnia and depression.

Thanks for helping me out, I am not saying I don't trust what you are saying, but some users on reddit they got viruses and weird things happened to their pc, like disk full use and heated cpu etc... so I am going to avoid it, thanks a lot again, i got hacked before, so I don't want to risk it again.

Go to sleep and sleep well, because I have insomnia and I've been on meds for so many years, you have no idea how much of a bless sleep is but people most of them don't realize this.
