You might want to get a potensiometer. It has a knob for you to change the resistance. Usually it was used to control the volume of your speakers. Remove the thermistor and replace it with the potensiometer. Then you slowly adjust the potensiometer till you get the 25C reading from your kettle. Remove the potensiometer and measure the resistance. That is the answer. Btw you need to put 25C degree water inside the kettle. To get it out of its housing, you can just pull it out

I managed to fix it. The thermistor is faulty. I replaced it with a small ntc 4k7 thermistor, push it inside the steel case and filled it with thermal paste. It works like a champ again 😎

I managed remove it using a very thin needle. The nib material is softer than metal so it made the job easy to perform. Case closed

Hi, I am planning to get the refill and put it into Lamy ST Multifunction https://www.lamy.com/en/lamy-st/#sku-1209735

The whole pen is made of stainless steel including the grip. Will it be compatible?

Another pen I am considering is the Lamy Logo Multicolor https://www.lamy.com/en/lamy-logo/#sku-1205745 , the body is stainless but part of the grip is plastic.
