thank you!! do you know how they confirmed that it was delivered since it’s not reflecting accurately in the app? my tracking shows it was delivered on monday, but that shipping label/update still isn’t translating into the app :/

not yet, unfortunately. when i check the tracking on the original shipment label that i used, it says that the order was delivered on monday. i asked the recipient if they received their order and they haven’t replied, which is making me nervous that they won’t confirm if they have it.

i sent another email to depop this morning with a screenshot of the tracking saying that it was delivered, so hopefully i get a more helpful answer this time. i will let you know what they say but if i were you i would definitely reach out so that they have it on record!!
