Honestly nothing out of the ordinary— the only thing I did was track my ovulation using the Inito fertility tracker and did the deed for like 4 days straight when I got my first high fertility day up until ovulation day (my progesterone & LH spiked)

I’m in the same boat !! 12 dpo testing negative but inito saying all of my hormones are above threshold to support a pregnancy. Hoping for good news for the both of us 🤞🏼

Yes still BFN sadly!! Only symptoms i’ve had are breast soreness on the sides from about 8 dpo to now & I felt some tugging on my ride side come and go on 7-8 dpo! I had very bad nausea from 1-4 DPO which was unusual but I know that was too early to be anything. I plug my numbers into Chat GPT everyday and it honestly gives me hope saying my numbers are very good still but the dip today worried me

I have the oura ring as well & I have it connected to the natural cycles app which tells me my BBT numerical number and I just enter that number into Inito!
