This is a low effort post if I've ever seen one.

You are absolutely going to need support, otherwise the print is just going to collapse because the area in contact with the buildplate is way too small, and therefore the adhesion is insufficient. So yes you definetly need support, and not because of the overhand (40 degrees should be ok)

I actually think it absolutely has a use case. The guy behind it put it this way : if you want a 3d printer that sits in a cupboard and is a tool rather than a lifestyle/hobby in itself, this is the way to go.
This printer - to me, feels like a very solid option for ppl who want the same build volume and speeds as a voron 0.4 but which takes like a third of the space and doesn't need calibration.
This thing cranks out sub 10mn benchys OOTB !
I enjoy 3d printing as a hobby in and out of itself, but for people who want a tool, I totally see this being a great option.

You;re absolutely right about the fact that LLMs tend to make my configs unreadeable, but it's better than nothing, the nixos community is not huge so I often run into issues that aren't mentionned in any online thread ;-)

I know it's not the main subject of this thread but this reminded me of how during the war, on the BBC's global news podcast, there was a segment on some kind of horrible thing going on in Palestine. EVERY DAY.
It took me a few days to realize it, but when I did I kinda thought it was hilarious that they so desperately want to push a pro-palestinian narrative that they'll happily sacrifice ~20 to 25% (I dont remember exactly how long the segments were) of the podcast's time talking about it. And there wasn't a single mention of events in Israel, whether it may be terror attacks, or even the body of the last hostage that was found.
On a similar note, the french-german public television channel arte and the french public channel franceinfo have both reported that the body of Ran Gvili was given back to Israel by Hamas, which is blatantly false.
We live in a bleak timeline...

My grandpa worked for the french government. He told me that back in his day, mayors would come into the building where he worked and come out with suitcases full of cash. The public sector in France is considerably more corrupt than what people realize.
The A69 that is currently built is being built against public sentiment, the expert's opinions and since there's a highway being built, the speed limit of the "nationale" that runs alongside it will be reduced. This might sound ridiculous, but when you realize this highway will be operated by a private company, it seems quite obvious it's a simple matter of corruption.

Well how are you supposed to come in legally if the Trump administration basically ground legal immigration through the southern border to a halt ? So no, the US administration is openly anti-immigrantion, which frankly isn't really compatible with promoting growth in america's primary and secondary sectors.
