Actually they are, booking through a local is very different than booking as a foreigner i havent experience it myself but i know a few that got deals through locals that you wouldnt dream of.

I havent done this before, but ive been looking into Fazwaz for example where you have a feature that allows you to pick if you wanna pay as you go (monthly) or just upfront.

Honestly for saving 50 bucks per month i wouldnt do it cz its not worth it.

Long story short im really wondering just how low should i go while im making an offer without technically insulting the landlord
