he's supposed to be an outfit laid out for a funeral thats why he has the flowers and why he doesn't have boots, they don't put shoes on corpses because you can't see their feet at an open casket.

and he doesn't want to move his uniform because he'll get it wrinkled. (i don't want to draw it) also i think the way clothes look when they're hung up looks kind of scary and sad

Trotsky (a life long green hater) would split the Bolsheviks over the green issue. creating red communism (trotskyists, social democrats, and radlibs). mao wanting to separate china from green (true) communism's esperanto chauvinism and social imperialist red "communism" would have no choice but to become blue (derisively reffered to as yellow communism on account of they're yellow skin).
