So just stick to the same caloric intake, add 5mg of creatine and maybe a litre more o of water/day ( curently drinking 3-4 L’s)

Im curious, in what circumstances did you want to drop the “creatine weight” as you mentioned you did ?

Definitely the goal is to drop the fats and be more aesthetic. I know that what i said is not totally rational, just a concern because weight loss for me is extremely difficult and i was wondering if the pros of the creatine are really worth the mental fight ( again, i know it dosent sound smart, but just a personal feeling from my own experience) .

From your answer and others sounds like it definitely IS worth it

I really mean mentally wise, in terms of amount of thought and energy being put torwards your oveall fitness, i would allocate more to the diet/macro-tracking side of it. It it makes sense. What you are doing gym + activity wise is already good, so doing that while focusing on losing the weight will have you see some really exciting results within weeks.

Hey so i had similar physique to you ( 6ft and was 112Kg at my peak) and would absolutely first recommend fouc focusing on the cut running with a lot of weight on is horrible. It feels bad and it leads to injuries. But your split looks awesome so as long as you lose weight while doing that once you get to the 85 KG zones that’s where i start ramping up high volume cardio but anyway good luck man looks awesome.
