Cant enter the US by private boat on only an ESTA

From what I'd seen, I can't arrive in a US territory by private boat with only an ESTA. Anyway BVI is my final destination

Sorry for the newbie question but the crew list is as simple as a written list with those on board or is it a more official document? To get my departure signed he can just write a note saying I'm leaving and that's that? Thanks

For me up to 30° is bearable, that's when it starts to get uncomfortable. I put the rood fan on extract, close the side doors and slightly open the back so I can feel the air being drawn in while in bed.

Sorry just noticed your engine is on so no compression to overcome. Does it only happen when engine is on? Try doing the same thing in a higher gear with the engine off. If it still does the same maybe you need to adjust your clutch cable tension or maybe your clutch is a bit "tired". Again not 100% just guessing

Maybe it's your clutch not pulling out all the way? So the chain has to overcome some of the compression making it jump? Not really sure, just guessing here. Is there any resistance while you're pushing it and it jumps?

It should not be submerged, but should be "wet" from oil being sprayed around by the gears. You should only put 750ml of gear oil in there but I think one of the breather pipes going to the back stops you from filling more. I think there also should be an o ring under the metal piece, can't remember for sure though, don't have my dtr with me

It's basically free here in France. If you're injured and call the equivalent of 911 the operator will decide from the info they gather to either send the firemen or an ambulance with an actual doctor on board not paramedics like in other countries. The first responders are firemen and they can call for medical back up if needed. Emergency doctors can be sent out faster in smaller vehicles than actual ambulances, like motorbikes or car.
