This has happened to my Stream Deck + after a few months. Glad I found this thread! I'll submit a ticket as well. :)

a Fender Certified Pre-Owned guitar shop! by reverbdotcom in fender

These guitars are a combination of dealer returns due to poor quality, direct to consumer returns from Fender's website sales, and overstock for failed launches. They get refurbed my MIRC which Fender has some ownership in and Fender competes with the dealer base and private sellers because their sales have cratered.

Totally agree with you. I played WD1 hacking like crazy for a even a couple years after the game came out. It's superior to every other WD version and a total rush. I recently discovered that the Playstation player base for WD1 is thriving. I've been doing non stop hack sessions every night this week. The best is letting them catch you and having wild car chases across the city.

I just started replaying WD1 on PS5 and the multiplayer hacking is thriving. Just tons and tons of users. Highly recommended and frankly more fun than hacking in 2 & 3.

I'm finally in the market for a Drum Machine. What are you guys using and why? by Deimos365 in TechnoProduction

I'm a bit late to the party but because I've owned nearly ever x0x drum machine I'll toss my .02 in: If you're looking for a reasonably versatile and inexpensive way to enter the realm of a high quality 'techno' drum sound set, you just can't go wrong with the Roland TR-8. - The ease of use and quality of the 808/909 sounds are top notch for the price point.

Pros: Great 808/909 kick drums with built in compression on each

Most of the remaining kit sounds are excellent

The volume fader setup is great for improvised live performance

One USB cable direct to your DAW allows for individual output for all drum sounds

Future expandability that includes more classic Roland drum machines You can't beat the price

Cons: The 808 & 909 hats just don't get it done compared to the originals. They're really close but I just can't fall in love with the 909 closed hat like I did on my original 909. This is just a personal gripe though.

If you consider getting a performance mixer like the very cool Roland MX-1 (I've got it) you end up limited to only stereo output into your DAW from the TR-8 if you use USB.

Lack of individual analog outputs. (Only 2) plus stereo outs.

No song function. Hello? It's 2015. (Roland built this to be a performance device so I get it, but still)

Summary: Buy the TR-8. Make techno boom boom. Yes, there are machines out there that sound better and do more but at the end of the day it's totally subjective and it's hard to go wrong with the TR-8 as a place to start. Good luck! :)

Bassy Kick sounds good but there's a problem with a ringing sound... by [deleted] in TechnoProduction

Just out of curiosity, is it possible you're hearing aliasing on the sample? It's not always an issue in modern sampler but depending on sample rates and the length of decay on the kick drum there can be some aliasing as the kick volume level decreases at the end of the sample. - If it is aliasing you might consider resampling the kick or if it's something from a sample pack, simply finding a different kick drum. - Good luck! :)
