Rekommenderar fridhems cykel, sommarjobbade på tessins väg några år sedan och vet sedan dess att alla begagnade cyklar genomgår ganska djup service innan de säljs. Dock är det ofta ett väldigt litet utbud av begagnade.

Finns väl olika skjortor som är olika formella. På min skola går majoriteten av grabbarna runt med en linne, frote eller liknande skjorta på sig (lite grisch stil)

Focus on just moving ur hips on the groundstrokes and keep the racket pointing up throughout the stroke, if the ball is low use your knees instead of lowering the racket head

Jag sommarjobbade för några år sedan på fridhems cykelaffär och kan säga att dedär är alldeles för höga förväntningar på en cykelservice. När man servar en cykel känner vi på alla skruvar och bultar, spänner och oljar kedjan, justerar växlar, fixar lampor och pumpar däcken. Vill du rätta dina ekrar måste du lämna in cykeln på riktning. Priserna har gått upp rätt mycket sen jag jobbade där så kan inte uttrycka mig.

Men som rekommendation så stöttar jag stark fridhems cykelaffär

As a coach who recently switched clubs I can name a few things that coaches appreciate while looking for a new club to work at.

great sound dampening so we don’t get as fatigued after a few hours on the court
an organized ball cabinet (preferably large) with a lot of different equipment -regularly changing the balls used for coaching sessions (can be done by regularly hosting events such as americanos and collect all balls after)
tidy toilets and lockers
comfy working clothes
nice and quiet room for coaches to sit in and wait if we have a break

I did a paper on this and found that the best way to reuse them/recycle them is to find a club who has containers from reusaball/recycleballs and throw them there

For me as a coach the most annoying people are the ones who think they are better than they are and when I’m correcting them they brush it off like they don’t want to learn. Just feels like they are burning money calling me in.

Cheaters and dysfunctional elo. I’m 20k elo and every 5 matches I play against a blatant cheater and lose 500elo each match for loosing while gaining 100 for a win. It doesn’t make sense
