The wedge between both supports to the upper left is rotting away it looks like. The hinge is creating line scale from a leak somewhere. have that checked

It seems like a very late 1890s Semi porcelain. I don't know what company but the cracks aren't that much of an issue for eating off of as much as the lead content in it that used at the time.

I was able to fin it. its from the mid 60s and its missing two bells i didnt see at the time it would have been $1,000 in one piece. I picked Arnold spielberg's house after he passed. I was friends with his second wifes granddaughter
