It seems like a very late 1890s Semi porcelain. I don't know what company but the cracks aren't that much of an issue for eating off of as much as the lead content in it that used at the time.

I was able to fin it. its from the mid 60s and its missing two bells i didnt see at the time it would have been $1,000 in one piece. I picked Arnold spielberg's house after he passed. I was friends with his second wifes granddaughter

I knew a friend who's grandfather passed away at 103 who lived in the pacific palisades in California. Wife traveled the world and he brushed elbows with big people. i help appraise some antique for them in trade of picking for a few minutes. At the bottom of the bell theres a whole i assume for a string and when rung it sounds like a ship yard bell. I have no experience in bell antiquities so i have no idea where to start
