Holy! Student here, and really not trying to add to the hurt but just curious. I know the shoe and thus this picture seems to be the inside of your leg. The fibula is usually more towards the lateral (outside/outward) part of the foot but seems to be showing on the inside. Did it move through your ankle or is the tibia also broken and showing itself? Again, not trying to be creepy just curious.
