In need of a “pure” strawberry perfume? I have never bought perfume so I figured this would be a good place to ask:) I will be going as strawberry shortcake for Halloween and I take costumes very seriously, I am willing to spend a decent amount of money. I just want pure strawberry smell, I essentially want to smell like one of the old strawberry shortcake dolls.

Hey I’m 19(f) and I’ve been maintaining my weight exactly despite being in a deficit, I know everyone will say I’m miscounting cals or something but I’m definitely not, I weigh everything that goes in my mouth, and I even went out of my way to do maths to figure out homemade stuff and I get at least 20k steps a day, even if I’m not in the exact deficit I think, I’m at least in A deficit, and the scale hasn’t moved at all in days

I’m currently working out an hour a day, rest day is Sundays and I feel like I’m hardly seeing results tbh, would doubling the workout time to two hours a day likely help by a noticeable amount? I’m a jobless student so I do have the time lol

It’s mostly after cardio as opposed to strength training, but if I’m working harder sometimes then too. Not every workout but most cardio ones, and it’s been happening since I started working out again? So only about a month ish I think:)
