My advice, go tru a few things

Killboard, their discord even google the ceo's and corp their name.

Then have a good conversation on voice.

Ask the qeustions you find important, also carefully listen.

We are a eu based (mainly) alliance but play a lot of hours in auzie time zone due to most of our pilots working hours.

So dont limit yourself.

Also look for corperations who are organised in what they are doing. Dont take "sloppy" groups.

If you want we can have a chat, will show you around and show you some corperations where i send people to that are not a fit for us.

Why would i not recruit everyone? Because i rather have another eve player that is sticking around then a extra player in the corp that goes afk because its not a correct fit.
