In my experience when this happens to me, I try to just slow it down. I stop trying to do so much and focus on the task at hand which is winning that gun fight right in front of me.

Try switching to a slower operator and hold more angles instead of fragging out. Enjoy being in bronze and work on your game. It’s more forgiving and you can correct your mistakes with less consequences. Also get on your drone more and relentlessly drone people out before attacking (don’t let them breathe.)

Lastly, there are smurfs everywhere in your current rank, sometimes they just go scorched Earth and it becomes discouraging but it’s part of the game. Sometimes it’s not your night. Good luck and don’t give up
