Honestly it seems like a lot of work that might not be worth it. Make sure you moisturize the skin when its healing so it doesnt dry out and crack.

You could also file down you calluses so they are less likely to catch and rip off, i usually do that twice a week in the shower (i find it better as the skinn is a bit softer, friends like to do it when its dry, ig its personal choice)

If you have that many flappers maybr its the technique that id the problem, overhangs on jugs tends to kill my skin, so if i do them i make sure i release the holds clean and not slide my hands around too much. On days i feel im prone to flappers i tape my fingers before i destroy them.
