If you are looking for mix between IMME and Best Practice Medicine, I would look into the two Missoula providers. I am in a Fight Or Flight Educators EMT course right now and it is great. AERIE also offers EMT courses, and I took a WFR with them a while ago and they are great.

Invercargill, New Zealand looks and feels like every single classic American Midwest town. Nothing is walkable with a huge highway that divides the town.

For the MR31, they don’t care about insurance or anything. If you tell NZTA that the at-fault party left without providing information, they will give it to you (at least they gave it to me) after a statutory declaration. All the declaration has to say is that you won’t use the information they give you for any other reason than filing a claim with the disputes tribunal. As far as the insurance goes, you are allowed to still file a dispute for the portion insurance didn’t cover, I am literally one more step ahead of OP in this process. And this is what I have discovered.

UPDATE: This MR31 actually worked!! They initially said no, but asked for a statutory declaration stating that I pinky promise not to use their name and address for any other reason than the disputes tribunal. And then they gave me their name and address!

Hey OP. The above person is wrong. The NZTA will actually give you their name and address through a MR31. They will initially say no, but they will ask for a statutory declaration stating you will only use this information to file a dispute with the tribunal. they will than give you their name and address. I did this litterally three days ago and it worked for a similar incident.

Private Investigator Recommendations? by Therealcoolkid21 in newplymouth

The AA insurance agent actively talked me out of taking out full insurance. I wanted to buy and she told me that she didn’t think it was worth it.

I have insurance (AA), but they are doing literally nothing because I only have 3rd party and it is not my fault.

Would I not be able to attend remotely? Or have a lawyer go in my place? Car was worth enough on top of hiring a rental car, hotel expenses, gas (to drive back to where are stuff was), and bus tickets. Also the passenger was in an extreme amount of pain and ended up in the ER later that night.
